Fully automatic CCD visual inspection equipment

100% full inspection and sorting: Capture parts with high-resolution cameras and compare them with set standard samples in a very short time. Once size deviation, missing teeth, eccentricity, surface cracks, rust spots, mixing and other conditions are found, the system will trigger the cylinder or high-pressure blowing to blow the defective products (NG) directly into the waste bin, and the good products (OK) will enter the finished product bin. Ensure that the final product sent to the customer

Warehousing

Warehouse center, standardized storage and turnover of products.
